Record expenses per day and select an expense type (e.g. accommodation, travel costs, admission), and convert them into the trip currency with your own conversion factors. The app shows the total per day and the trip's total expenses; the PDF also includes an analysis by expense type and by day.

Photos for each travel day Planned
Assign photos from the camera or gallery to a travel day and include them in the travel report PDF.
AI assistance Planned
Polish the wording of travel descriptions and record receipts as expense items from a photo – only when you explicitly ask for it.
Choose the groups for each trip type Planned
Put together from the predefined groups – such as accommodation, restaurant visits or expenses – what a trip type offers for each day.
Expense analysis in the app too Planned
View the analysis by expense type and by day, which the PDF already contains, directly in the app as well. The app already shows daily totals and the trip's total expenses.
Exchange between devices Planned
Exchange travel reports directly between two devices running TravelReport – over your own Wi-Fi, without the cloud: one device shows a QR code, the other scans it.
